Let me try in handling this.

To my knowledge i knew from the word go that partitioning and allocation of the lands was a thing of the past and the process ended long time ago.

To my surprise i happened to encounter that the boundary linking our village has been changed and now the size of our village has been reduced.

This is due to misuse of power where  the leaders are taking advantage over the poor and discriminate them hence land grabbing.
