People with might and power are not always respected what should be the qualities in a person that wil gain him respect amongst his people

People must be honest, not greedy, and be downtoward if they are powerful. If you are talented, people like you. But if you are weak in something, still you don't agree, people will avoid you. If you agree that you are weak in that thing and must improve, people will still like you.
