Hey mate ,

Let the breadth of the rectangle be x cm

Thus , Length of the rectangle = (20+x) cm

Area of rectangle = 2(l+b)

144 = 2(20+x+x)

72 = 20+2x

52 = 2x

x = 26 cm

Thus breadth = 26cm

length = 46 cm
