What do you think the Trojans should have done when they found the horse.

Answer:
Brainiest me
Explanation:
The Greeks were strategic. They had the horse constructed and put their men inside, under Odysseus’ plan. Then, they left one person - Sinon - and sailed off to a nearby island, making it seem like they’d left for good after the ten-year war. Sinon, a very convincing speaker, told Trojan king Priam that he had been left to die to appease Athena - still upset from the Greek theft of the Palladium, a holy picture of her - but no longer wanted to be a Greek and wished to be Trojan. Priam felt sorry for him, genuinely believing his story.
Sinon continued, as planned, and said that the Greeks had left the horse outside the Trojan walls hoping that they would destroy it and summon Athena’s wrath. If they took it inside their city, her favor would be restored to their side.
The Trojans eventually voted to trust Sinon and took the horse inside. Cassandra was a prominent opponent, but after refusing Apollo’s love was cursed to be able to predict the future but never to be listened to. That’s how Troy fell. The Greeks got out when the entire town was asleep, relieved to be through with the war, and opened the gates for the rest of the army that had sailed back. Barely any Trojans survived, but those who did were forced to watch their beloved city burn.
