photorespiration is considered as waste full process why ?

It is so because... photorespiration involves the elimination of water vapours from the plant.. along with the oxygen produced..which is a waste for the plant..

This is because there is neither synthesis of sugar nor ATP. Rather it
results in the release of carbon dioxide with the utilisation of ATP .
