they will not show any external ear... they show only internal ears... and reptiles like snakes not have ears itself... they have vibrations sensory hormones or organs

In humans, when we study the ear of a human then we can observe that the external ear has pinna.

But some organisms like frogs do not have external ear.They only have internal and the middle part of ear. So, since they do not have any external ear, tympanum is present in them which acts as the external ear.
