Diet plan of a Diabetic people is following –
He/ she must east brown rice, whole wheat, fruits, green vegetables, beans and lentils.
He/ she must drink tea or coffee without sugar.
They must eat the foods which are full of fibers.
Sardine, cinnamon, berries are considered as the super food for a diabetic people.
He / she must do some light physical exercise.
