plastic furnitures r gaining preference over wooden furniture bcz plastic furnitures r more easy to handle(i.e.,light in weight),cheaper then wooden and also it doesn't react with water etc...
the most important thing is that we can save trees by avoiding use of wooden furniture and use plastic by recycling process will also save our environment...

as the plastic can stay for longer time than wood and we are also protecting our environment by using it we don't have to cut trees and it don't require more maintenance which is required by the wooden furniture.
