 \frac{3 {x}^{2} - 27 }{2 {x}^{2} - 5x - 3 }  \\  \\  =  \frac{3 {x}^{2} + 9x - 9x  - 27 }{2 {x}^{2}  + x - 6x - 3 }  \\  \\  =  \frac{3x(x + 3)  - 9(x + 3)}{x(2x + 1) - 3(2x + 1)}  \\  \\  =  \frac{(3x - 9)(x + 3)}{(x - 3)(2x + 1)}  \\  \\   =  \frac{3(x - 3)(x + 3)}{(x - 3)(2x + 1)}  \\  \\  =  \frac{3(x + 3)}{(2x + 1)}  \\  \\  \frac{3x + 9}{2x + 1}

Hope it helps you
