So, According to the Question
x + y = 112
And
x - y = 62
=> y = 62 + x
Therefore
x + (62 + x) = 112
=> 2x + 62 = 112
=> 2x = 112 - 62
=> 2x = 50
=> x = 50/2
=> x = 25

Therefore
y = x + 62
=> y = 25 + 62
=> y = 87
