ANSWER :

The ∆ABD is an isosceles triangle

Because

AD = BD

We know that

Isosceles triangle : The triangle with two equal sides and sides opposite angles are also equal.

So, now

angle BAD = angle DBA

angle BAD = 29°

Using angle sum property

angle BAD + angle DBA + angle ADB = 180°

29° + 29° + angle ADB = 180°

angle ADB = 180° - 58°

angle ADB = 122°

We know that

Exterior angle = sum of interior opposite angles

Here , exterior angle = angle ADC

angle ADC = angle DAB + angle DBA

angle ADC = 29° + 29°

angle ADC = 58°

Taking ∆ADC

It is an isosceles triangle

Because,

AD = DC

angle CAD = angle DCA

TO FIND :

angle x

angle x = angle DCA

Using angle sum property

angle CAD + angle DCA + angle ADC = 180°

x° + x° + 58° = 180°

2x° = 180° - 58°

2x° = 122°

x° = 61°

Hence x = 61
