Here we go,

Let the first zero be a so another zero is 1/a

The given polynomial is (k²+ 4)x² + 3x + 4k

So product of zeros = 4k/k²+4

a*1/a = 4k/k²+4

k² + 4 = 4k

k² - 4k + 4 = 0

k² - 2k -2k + 4 = 0

k(k- 2) -2(k- 2)= 0

(k- 2)(k-2)= 0

K= 2

I hope my answer will help you.
