Q9) Areolar tissue is a type of loose connective tissue present beneath the skin. It serves as a support framework for epithelium. It contains fibroblasts (cells that produce and secrete fibres), macrophages and mast cells.

Q10) Columnar epithelium is composed of a single layer of tall and slender cells. Their nuclei are located at the base. Free surface may have microvilli.

They are found in the lining of stomach and intestine.

Areolar tissue is a type of connective tidsue.areolar tissue is found between the skin and muscles,arounf blood vessels and nerves and in the bone marrow.

Function:-it fills the space inside the organs,support internal organs and helps in repair of tissues.....

Columnar epithelium:-when absorpyion and seceration occur,as in the inner lining of the intestine,tall epithelial cells are present.this columnar (meaning 'pillar like') epthilelium facilitesvmovement across the epithelial barrier.in the resperitory tract,the columnar epithelial tissue also has the cilisa,which are hair like projections on the outer surface of epithelial cells.........
