Sir,
I would like to draw the attention of the government and the people of the problem of accidents. I have noticed with the grave concern that vehicles on city roads are becoming dangerously reckless these days.There are rules against reckless driving.But rules fail to save human lives when we fail to show concern for our fellow beings.This led to take the lives of innocent.I also observed that some teenagers use to drive the bike at the speed of 50-80 kilometers and at this maximum speed any one could get harm.So I request you to please post an article "TO SHOW THE CINCERN ABOUT DRIVING". This will change their habits and surely they will get change.
