R = V^2/P we can find resistance of both heaters

for first heater R = 220×220/500=96.8 ohm

second heater, R = 220x220/800=60.5ohm

now in series same current will flow through both

as P = I^2R so the heater with more resistance will produce more heat in this case

so first heater will produce more heat
