bimagnification reffers to increase the concenyration of the toxicant at successive trophiv level. this happen because a toxic substance accumulatedby an organism cannot be metabolised or excertedand is thus passed to next heigher trophic level. this phenomenon is known as biomagnification.
Eutrophication is the natural aging of a lake by nutrients enrichment of its water. In a young lake the water is cold and clear, supporting little life. With time, streams draining into the lake introduce nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus, which encourage the growth of aquatic organisms. As the lake fertility increase, palnt and animal life burgeons, and organic remains begain to deposited on the lake bottem. Over the centuries the lake grows shallower and warmer. Eventually, the lake gives a way to large masses of folating plants, finally covering into land.
