its reason is because the land of rajasthan is full of sand and their is less precipitation of rainfall and tea plant need mudy areas like area of assam and areas where there is medium rainfall

1A)It is tough for the papaya seed to reach the soil and it has to compete with the other seeds for proper spacin, air and water in order to grow.

2A)All seeds cannot be dispersed by wind as they need to be light weight and have hairs all around so that the wind can carry them off.All seed can't have or won't have all the features,so they are dispersed by different methods as per the characteristics.

3A)As the soil present there is sandy,whereas the tea growth requires moist soil.The tea plant demands high amount of rainfall too but Rajasthan usually suffers from scarcity of water due to less rainfall
