Angle A =70 degree = Angle C

let angle B and D be 2x since they both are equal.   .....(i)

sum of all angles of a paralellogram is always 360 degree.

so Angle A+ Angle C+ Angle B+ Angle D= 360 degree.

=70 degree + 70 degree + 2x = 360 degree   ......from(i)

140 degree + 2x = 360 degree

360 degree - 140 degree =2x

220 degree = 2x

x= 110 degree.

Angle B=Angle D=110 degree.
