Here we have 36y^2 - 64z^2 upon 6y - 4z.
Now we can write 36y^2 as (6y)^2 and 64z^2 as (8z)^2.
Therefore we get (6y)^2 - (8z)^2/6y - 4z.
Now using a^2 minus b^2 = (a + b)(a - b), we get
(6y + 8z)(6y - 8z)/ 6y - 4z
