the basic idea behind these questions is the topic of Linear pair- the sum of all the angles lying on a straight line is 180°

1)

let ebc be x

$70 + 70 + x= 180 \\ 140 + x = 180 \\ x = 180 - 140 \\ x = 40$

2)

let dbe be x

$50 + x + 60 = 180 \\ 110 + x = 180 \\ x = 180 - 110 \\ x = 70$

3) let ebc be x

$35 + 80 + x = 180 \\ 115 + x = 180 \\ x = 180 - 115 \\ x = 65$
