firstly take your remainder answer
that is (-9+2k)
now we have to assume that it is 1
-9+2k=1
2k=10
k=10/2
k=5= and (1)
now substitute to another term of remainder
-k(8-k)+10. take k=5
-k(8-3)+10
-5(3)+10
-15+10=-5
hence the two zeroes are 5and -5
