given area of two circle = 308 cm^2
πr^2 + πr^2 = 308
2πr^2 = 308
πr^2 = 154
r^2 = 154 × 7 / 22
r^2 = 49
r = 7
breadth of rectangle will be b = 2r
= 2×7 = 14
and length of rectangle will be l = 4r
= 4× 7= 28
perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( l + b )
= 2( 28 + 14 )
= 2 × 42
= 84 cm
