6.
Perimeter of square is 4s
If the side of square is doubled..
4(2s)
=8s
=2(4s)
Hence the perimeter will be 2 times the original perimeter of a square...

7.
Area of triangle=1/2bh
If both base and height of a triangle are halved...
Area=
1/2×1/2b×1/2h
=1/8bh
=1/4(1/2bh)
=1/4 times the area of original triangle...

8.
Circumference of circle=2πr
2πr=14...
π=22/7
2×22/7×r=14
r=14×7/22×2
r=49/22cm...
r=2.22cm..

9.
(There is a printing mistake in the question no.9 π should be taken as 3.14 not 31.4)
Area of circle=πr2
3.14×r2=314
r2=314/3.14
r2=100
r=10cm
Diameter of the circle is 20cm..

10.
Area of circular ring=π(bigger radius^2-smaller radius^2)
As outer radius is r1 it is bigger than the inner radius r2
Area=π(r1^2-r2^2)...

Hope this helps you!!
cheers!!
