please give me answer of this question where the blue Mark is marked why their common name is different

I.e. we write isopropyl alcohol in ist case and in 2nd case we write sec.butyl alcohol

can we write sec. butyl alcohol as isopropyl butyl alcohol

its not right. because , when we say iso?
in 1st case , there is a same group placed left and right side of the OH bonded carbon.
iso - means that same.

in 2nd case , there is no same group present at the left and right side of OH bonded carbon.
