let the initial radius of sphere be x metres.
then the volume would be 4/3 \pi *radius^3
=4/3 \pi *(x)^3

new radius is-1.10x metres
volume= 4/3 \pi *radius^3
=4/3 \pi *(1.1x)^3

increase=new-old
=4/3 \pi *(1.1x)^3 - 4/3 \pi *(x)^3
=4/3 \pi * {(1.1x)^3-x^3}
=4/3 \pi * {0.331x^3}
=0.331 * initial volume

thus the increase in terms of % is 33.1%

hope this helps!
