To prove:

R is the bisector of PQ

Proof:

PR = RC ----------(i)

RQ = RC ----------(ii)

[Tangents to a circle from the same external point]

From (i) & (ii), we get ,

PR = RQ

=> R is the bisector of PQ

Hence proved.
