Given, there are 120 workers in a factory out of which 60% are women.

So, the number of women working in the factory = 120 × 60/100

= 72.

Number of men working in the factory = 120 - 72

= 48.

Therefore, the number of women and men (assuming there are only two genders) is 72 and 48 respectively.
