Express each of the following decimals in the form of p/q
a. 125.3(bar above 3 only)
b. 4.7(bar above 7 only)
c. 0.47(bar above 7only)

Here is your answer....
Let x=125.3 (bar on 3)
=> x =125.3333...-------(1)
Multipy by 10 to eq. 1
10x=1253.33 ---------(2)
Subtract eq. 1 from 2
9x=1128
x=1128/9
x=376/3
Dear friend, u can solve the all other eq. By the similar method.

Ishu cutee's answer is totally wrong on the first case as it could not be all rounded during any operations. So in
So in the first case x=1127.7/9. In the second case x=4.7/1. And in the third case x=46.53/99. Thankyou While doing further division you would get the required decimal place in the p/q form
