since AB and BC are equal so their opposite angle must be equal...
so let angle ABC be x
so ACB also=x
now..
x+x+120=180
2x=60
--->x=30
so angle ABC =30

as there are 2 lines in the side , it means that this is an isosceles triangle

so angle A is 120

angle B and C are the same measure

total measure of triangle = 180

so if we consider angle B and C as 'x'

then

X + X + 120 = 180

2x + 120 = 180

2x = 180 - 120 = 60

2x = 60

x = $\frac{60}{2}$

x = 30

so angle B and C = 30 degrees
