first we will take time 2 years
A=2000(1+10/100)^2
A=2000×11/10×11/10
A=20×11×11
A=2420
now simple intrest on 1/2 years
= 2000 × 10 × 1 / 10×2
= 1000
total amount = 2420+1000
=3420
