A rectangular diesel tanker is 200cm long, 200cm wide and 4cm deep. How much liters of diesel can it hold?

Volume = Length x Breadth x Height

✷100 cm = 1 meter 1m3 = 1000 liters

✷200 cm = 2 meters

✷4 cm = 0.04 meters

✷2 x 2 x 0.04 = 0.16 m3 = 0.16 x 1000 = 160 liters

So, 160 liters will fill it to the brim. Generally if it is an industrial tanker, we take 5% ullage i.e. free area to allow diesel vapors (due to ambient temperature) .

5 / 100 = 0.05 * 160 liters = 8 liters. So better to fill only 152 liters.

.°. If you consider total diesel only then it will be 160 liters.
