slope intercept form is
y-y1=m(x-x1)
where m is slope and (x1,y1) are the coordinates of passing through point.

(-6,-3) and (6,-7)
m =  \frac{y2 - y1}{x2 - x1}  \\ m =  \frac{ - 7 - ( - 3)}{6 - ( - 6)}  =  \frac{ - 7 + 3}{6 + 6} \\ m =  \frac{ - 4}{12}   =  \frac { - 1}{3}  \\ slope \: intercept \: form \\ y - y1 = m(x - x1) \\ y - ( - 7) =  \frac{ - 1}{3} (x - 6) \\ y + 7 =  \frac{ - 1}{3}(x - 6)  \\3( y + 7) =  - (x - 6) \\ 3y + 21 =  - x + 6 \\ x + 3y = 6 - 21 \\ x + 3y =  - 15
