second,

now dividing both equation by xy
and multiply than adding we get,
the above mention result show in image

now supposing 1/x=a and 1/y=b

than by elimination method we will get another solution

a+b=5
2a+5b=13

b=1
1/y=1
y=1

so,
x=1/4

solution are (x,y)=(1/4,1)

Answer:

x = 1/2, y =1/3

Step-by-step explanation:

Given Equations are:

3x + 2y = 13xy

4x - 5y = 2xy

Divide both the equations by xy, we get

(3/y) + (2/x) = 13

(4/y) - (5/x) = 2

Let (1/y) = p, (1/x) = q the the equation becomes,

3p + 2q = 13   --- (i)

4p - 5q = 2     --- (ii)

On solving (i) * 4 & (ii) * 3, we get

12p + 8q = 52

12p - 15q = 6

-------------------

         23q = 46

              q = 46/23

              q = 2.

Substitute q = 2, we get

12p + 8q = 52

12p + 8(2) = 52

12p = 52 - 16

12p = 36

p = 3.

Now,

(i) q = 2

So, x = 1/2.

(ii) p = 3.

So, y = 1/3.

Therefore, x = 1/2, y = 1/3.

Hope it helps!
