Speed is scalar and velocity is vector.
Speed cannot be zero or negative, but velocity can be.
2) Odometer measures the distance covered by a vehicle.
3)50km/h can be converted to m/s by multiplying by 5/18 = 250/18= 13.8 m/s
4)Distance will be 2400-2000 = 400km
time = 8h
Average speed = 400/8 = 50km/h or 13.8m/s

v= 60km/h
t= 5s
a= v-u/t = 20*5/18 /5 = 20/18= 1.1m/s^2
