Soo..my Q is that everyone knows that trees attract lightning..But what is the reason for it or what tendency of them makes them to attract lightning..?

I think tree is not attract lightning because it is stimulus
and it is photo tropism therefore tree go towards the light not light
and as it is stimulus also

              a tree provides a preferred path for lightning to reach ground.
