Here is Your answer of the question.
2x + 3y=2........(I);
x - y/2 = 1/2.....(II);

Now, Solving equation (II)
x = 1+y/2
2x-y= 1............(II);
————————————————
2x + 3y=2........(I);

-(2x-y= 1)............(II);
_______________________
4y = 1
y= 1/4;

Putting the Value of 'y' in equation (II) we get -

2x - 1/4= 1
x= 5/8;
