 \sqrt[3]{( \frac{1}{64} ) {}^{ \frac{1}{2} } }

As we know

 {x}^{ \frac{1}{a} }  =  \sqrt[a]{x}

 \sqrt[3]{ \sqrt[2]{ \frac{1}{64} } }

64 is Square of 8

 \sqrt[3]{ \frac{1}{8} }

Cube root of 8=2

 \frac{1}{2}

\boxed{\mathbf{\huge{Answer=\frac{1}{2}}}}
