the milk spoils in summer easily becuz of high temperature which causes the bacteria to change sugar lactose into lactic acid .so the taste changes .

in winter it works lika a fridge
so microorganism cant grow
and in summer microorganism grow
microorganism cannt grow in two situations
extreamly cold
or
extreamly hot
