Hello Mate!

9 \sqrt{x}  =  \sqrt{12}  +  \sqrt{147}  \\  \sqrt{12}  =  \sqrt{2 \times 2 \times 3}  = 2 \sqrt{3}  \\  \sqrt{147}  =  \sqrt{3 \times 7 \times 7}  = 7 \sqrt{3}  \\ 9 \sqrt{x}  = 2 \sqrt{3}  + 7 \sqrt{3}  \\ 9 \sqrt{x}  =  \sqrt{3} (2 + 7) \\ 9 \sqrt{x}  = 9 \sqrt{3}

Hence, x = 3

Hope it helps☺!
