A) As we know,

linear angles or any angle at a line will sum to 180 degree°.

so,

using ange sum property.

110°+x=180°

=>x=70°

in the very first question!!

LETS COME TO OUR SECOND QUESTION!!

as you must have studied that vertically opposote angles are equal,

like the angle 45° and (x+5)° will both be equal as they are vertically opposite.
