Indirectly we can conclude by the given condition that:
TOTAL SURFACE AREA OF THE SPHERE =VOLUME OF THE SPHERE
4\pi r ^{2}  =  \frac{4}{3} \pi  {r}^{3}
(Dividing both sides throughout by 4πr×r)

1=1/3×r

1=r/3

3×1=r
we get,

r=3cm
we get the radius or the sphere that is 3cm.

we know that ,
Diameter equals to twice the radius
DIAMETER=2(radius)
DIAMETER=2(3)cm

DIAMETER=6cm

THEREFORE,
THE DIAMETER OF THE GIVEN SPHERE IS 6cm
HOPE THIS HELPS YOU!!!
