Answer: Mr.Shah was not convinced. He knew he would miss feeding the birds and relaxing on the swing. He knew that some others didn't want the tree to be cut too. There were mostly old people in the complex so what's the point in building a swimming pool? He knew he had to do something. He immediately called the cops and put a fake case on the builder. He said the builder had tried to steal his purse. The builder got arrested and the tree was saved.
