Answer:water ls answer one

Because when water "mixes" with chlorine it forms hypochlorite that is the one that bleaches

H2O(l)+ Cl(g) - HOCl thatcis what bleaches

Sodium carbonate is answer to number2

Because in softening hard water there are compounds that cause hardness in water and these are Calicum Sulphate and Magnesium Sulphate which cause permanent hardness

So when treated with the sodium carbonate tho is what happens

NaCO3+CaSO4- Na2SO4 + CaCO3

Hence removing hardness in water

The rest of the question are abit not clear

But i recommend you to use understanding of Chemistry book to help you understand the last number coz it's not clear buty I kinda understand what you are trying to say about anode and cathode

Just know that the cathode is negative and anode Is positive so mark brainilest
