Plot the following points in the coordinate system and identify the quadrants P(–7,6),
Q(7,–2), R(–6,–7), S(3,5) and T(3,9)

we know, in first quadrant , x is positive and y is also positive. in 2nd quadrant , x is negative and y is positive . in 3rd quadrant , x is negative and y is negative and in 4th quadrant, x is positive and y is negative.

so, P(-7,6) => 2nd quadrant
Q(7, -2) => 4th quadrant
R(-6,-7) => 3rd quadrant
S(3,5) => first quadrant
T(3,9) => first quadrant.

here , all points are plotted in co-ordinate system as shown in figure.
