HELLO DEAR,

 \frac{x + 1}{2}  +  \frac{y - 1}{3}  = 9 \\ \\   =  >  \frac{(3x + 3) + (2y - 2)}{6}  = 9 \\  \\  =  > 3x + 3 + 2y - 2 = 54 \\  \\  =  > 3x + 2y = 54 - 1 \\  \\  =  > 3x + 2y = 53..............(1)

------------------------------------------

 \frac{x - 1}{3}  +  \frac{y + 1}{2}  = 8 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{2x - 2 + 3y + 3}{6}  = 8 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{2x + 3y + 1}{6}  = 8 \\  \\  =  > 2x + 3y = 48 - 1 \\  \\   =  > 2x + 3y = 47.........(2)

from--(1) and--(2) subtract the Equation

3x + 2y = 53
2x + 3y = 47
(-) (-) (-)
___________
x -y = 6---------(3)

AND from---(1) and--(2) add

3x+2y=53
2x+3y=47
_________
5x+5y =100

=> x+y =20-----(4)

from--(3) and--(4)

x-y =6
x+y=20
_______
2x=26

=> x=26/2

=> x=13 put in--(3)

we get,

x-y=6

=> 13-y =6

=> y =13-6

=> y = 7

I HOPE ITS HELP YOU DEAR,
THANKS
