Answer is 101 times.

Watch 1 ticking period = ticks every 95/90 sec =
  = T1 = 19 * 5 ÷  2 * 5 * 9   sec
Watch 2 ticking period = ticks every 323/315 s
  = T2 = 19 * 17 ÷  5 * 7 * 9  sec

T1 - T2 = 19/(5*9) [5/2 - 17/7] = 19 ÷ 2 * 5 * 7 * 9   sec

T1/ [T1 - T2 ]  = 35
T2 / [T1 - T2 ] = 34

So 34 ticks of Clock 1  =  35 ticks of clock 2

Every  34 ticks of clock 1 they beat together again.
 ie.,  every   34 * 19 * 5 / [ 2 * 5 * 9 ]  sec = 17 * 19 / 9 sec

In one hour  they tick together  1 +  3600 * 9/(17 * 19)  times
      = 101.3 times
     = 101 times.    Answer.
