when wire of resistance 60 ohm will cut into 3 equal pieces then resistance of individual piece=60/3ohm=20ohm.

Now two are connected in parralel means their equivalent will be 20×20/20+20=400/40=10ohm now this parrallel combination is in series with 1 piece so equivalent will be 10 + 20 ohm.

Hence ,overall equivalent resistance =30ohm.
