the correct answer is 3P which has n=3 & l=1 having one radial node & one angular node. The wave functions for hydrogen atom are derived by using complex methods including Laplace transform & other stuffs which I guess is not a part of syllabus till 12standard. These type of questions generally come in 2nd year Physics or 1st year chemistry courses in colleges. so, if they are asking these questions in pre college level, the best option is to learn. But,it is never used in 11-12classes as well as never asked even in JEE Advanced. You can refer to the following picture for further assistance,

Chinmay007: for 3p, n=3 & l can take values from 0 to (n-1), so the values of l can be 0,1 &2
