But to be physically, mentally,and socially well.
So for being physical fit......u can go gym or do home excercise.
For being mentally fit......don't have anytype of tension.
For being socially fit.........have a good conversation with your relatives.

To keep yourself you must have to follow healthy diet or plan. Like first of all, don't eat much fat and also avoid eating much sugar. You should drink much and much water time to time. Some more tips are -
1. Eat healthy like fruits and veggies
2. Sleep at right time
3. Wake up early
4. Go on a walk
5. Physical exercise is important
6. Minimize eating junk food
7. Don't be stressed, be happy
8. Minimize the use of mobile or social media
9. Laugh more and more
