at first say good morning and ask thanks for giving that opportunity for all teachers directors and friends for sparing their valuable time for listening use proper English in simple words at last say thank you use some quotes in middle don,t be frightened

start ur intro according to the place 
use many synonyms in the content of ur speech
use many quotes 
involve a small story which makes the listeners aattentive
if it is a motivational speech end it with a strong slogan
try taking the odd topics that most of them dont take this will give an attention towards u
